Responsible for administrative direction of personnel engaged in the maintenance and repair of buildings, grounds, and associated equipment. Insures proper operation of building electrical / mechanical systems. Confers with administrators and other officials, and advises them as to the approximate cost of all types of maintenance, capital outlay, scheduled maintenance, and hazardous substance removal work. Oversees Prop A and AA projects as a campus rep resentative
