Parking Information
Student Parking during construction
The meters at the front of the campus allow one to park up to two hours.
For all day parking, a permit dispenser is located in B-Lot and G-Lot. Visitors and persons desiring one day parking may deposit $1.00 in the machine and receive a one day permit to be placed on the dashboard of their vehicle, date stamp face up. This permit allows one to park in any student lot.
Each student who pays the parking fee will be issued a drymount parking decal. This decal is to be ATTACHED to the lower driver side interior corner of the vehicle front windshield, and/or on the front fork of motorcycles and mopeds. Staff members should place their parking permits in the same location as students, front windshield, lower left hand side.
PARKING PERMITS
A permit is invalid if:
- Issued for a previous semester
- Not displayed in the proper location
- Altered in any manner
- Transferred to a second party or resold
- Used on a vehicle by any person other than a registered student at Los Angeles Harbor College
RESTRICTIONS
All vehicles parked on campus must display a permit or pay a daily fee. Motorcycles and motor scooters are not allowed on the interior of the campus at any time. There are designated areas for these vehicles.
On special occasions and in emergencies, parking limitation may be imposed as required.
SPECIAL PARKING FOR DISABLED STUDENTS
There are special parking spaces for disabled students in Parking Lots B, E, J, and H. Students must contact the Disabled Students Coordinator (CAFE 108) for parking privileges in these areas.
